    This error occurs on transactions that meet the following criteria:

    1. They were processed on an account that is set up for 'Retail Rates'.
    2. The credit card is with Discover (Discover cards start with the number "6").
    3. The transaction was processed automatically as a recurring customer -OR- processed with the "Recurring Series" flag.

    The decline can typically be bypassed by re-processing the transaction manually. The best way to do this is to use the "Process" link next to the declined transaction. For guidance, please see: Do I have to ask a returning customer for their information every time I need to charge their card?
