    The cardholder needs to call their issuing bank and they can find the number on the back of the card.

    Re-enter the card number and try the transaction again. If you are swiping a transaction directly through the Virtual Terminal, the credit card magnetic strip may be damaged, and the card reader may need to be cleaned or simply replaced.
