Why am I getting a "Single-User Task Error" message in Sage 50?
Resolution
The below list of functions requires exclusive single-user access within Sage 50:
- Maintain Company Information, click the 'OK' Button
- Maintain Customers, Vendors, Accounts, etc – Change ID
- Maintain Item Prices
- Backup
- Restore (to an existing company)
- Year-end Wizard
- Change Accounting Period
- Data Verification
- Repair Company
