Shopping Cart, Donate Now, and Express Pay

Description

The following provides step-by-step instructions for processing transactions using the Shopping Cart, Donate Now, and Express Pay within the Paya Gateway. This is a new process with new reCAPTCHA changes added to the applications. 

Shopping Cart

Credit Card Transactions - Shopping Cart (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a credit card transaction via the Shopping Cart method:  

1. Login to the Shopping Cart via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Shopping Cart (old method)
2. Go ahead and add your products to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' and once completed, click on 'Check Out'.
3. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
4. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Continue Transaction'. 
5. Review the order information and click on 'Finalize and Process Order'.
6. A successful transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Credit Card Transactions - Shopping Cart (new method) 

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a credit card transaction via the Shopping Cart method:  

1. Login to the Shopping Cart via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Shopping Cart (new method)
2. Add your products to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' and once completed, click on 'Check Out'.
3. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
4. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Continue Transaction'. 
5. Review the order information and select the reCAPTCHA and click on ‘Finalize and Process Order’. 
6. On the review page, if you click on ‘Finalize and Process Order’ without selecting the reCAPTCHA, you will be taken back to the previous page with an invalid captcha message. 
7. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Virtual Check Transactions - Shopping Cart (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a virtual check transaction via the Shopping Cart method:  

1. Login to the Shopping Cart via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Shopping Cart (old method)
2. Go ahead and add your products to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' and once completed, click on 'Check Out'.
3. Select 'Pay by Personal Check'.
4. Complete all required information within the form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'I Agree with the Terms of Use, Continue with Personal Check'. 
5. Review the order information and click on 'Finalize and Process Order'.
6. A successful transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Virtual Check Transactions - Shopping Cart (new method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a virtual check transaction via the Shopping Cart method:  

1. Login to the Shopping Cart via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Shopping Cart (new method)
2. Add your products to the cart by clicking 'Add to Cart' and once completed, click on 'Check Out'.
3. Select 'Pay by Personal Check'.
4. Complete all required information within the form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'I Agree with the Terms of Use, Continue with Personal Check'. 
5. Review the order information and select the reCAPTCHA and click on ‘Finalize and Process Order’. 
6. On the review page, if you click on ‘Finalize and Process Order’ without selecting the reCAPTCHA, you will be taken back to the previous page with an invalid captcha message. 
7. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Donate Now

Credit Card Transactions - Donate Now (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a credit card transaction via the Donate Now method:  

1. Login to the Donate Now via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Donate Now (old method)
2. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
3. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Donation'. 
4. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Credit Card Transactions - Donate Now (new method) 

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a credit card transaction via the Donate Now method:  

1. Login to the Donate Now via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Donate Now (new method)
2. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
3. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Donation'. 
4. A new review page with reCAPTCHA is created and you can review the order information for the donation. Then, go ahead and select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Donation'. 
5. On the donate review page, if you click on 'Finalize and Process Donation' without selecting the reCAPTCHA, you will be taken to the previous donation page with an invalid captcha message. 
6. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Virtual Check Transactions - Donate Now (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a virtual check transaction via the Donate Now method:  

1. Login to the Donate Now via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Donate Now (old method)
2. Select 'Pay by Personal Check'.
3. Complete all required information within the form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'I Agree with the Terms of Use, Continue with Personal Check'. 
4. A successful transaction has been processed message will then display.

2. Select 'Pay by Personal Check'.
3. Complete all required information within the form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'I Agree with the Terms of Use, Continue with Personal Check'. 
4. A new review page with reCAPTCHA is created and you can review the order information. Select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Donation'. 
5. On the donate review page, if you click on 'Finalize and Process Donation' without selecting the reCAPTCHA, you will be taken to the previous form page with an invalid captcha message. 
6. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Express Pay

Credit Card Transactions - Express Pay (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a credit card transaction via the Express Pay method:

1. Log in to Express Pay via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Express Pay (old method)
2. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
3. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Order'. 
4. A successful transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Credit Card Transactions - Express Pay (new method) 

On the Paya Gateway, the following steps are taken when processing a credit card transaction via the Express Pay method:

1. Log in to Express Pay via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Express Pay (new method)
2. Select 'Pay by Credit Card'.
3. Complete all required information within the bankcard form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Order'. 
4. A new review page with reCAPTCHA is created and you can review the order information. Select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'Finalize and Process Order'. 
5. On the review page, if you click on 'Finalize and Process Order' without selecting the reCAPTCHA, you will be taken to the previous donation page with an invalid captcha message. 
6. A successful (or unsuccessful) transaction has been processed message will then display. 

Virtual Check Transactions - Express Pay (previous method)

On the Paya Gateway, please follow the steps below when processing a virtual check transaction via the Express Pay method:  

1. Log in to Express Pay via the following URL: Paya Gateway - Express Pay (old method)
2. Select 'Pay by Personal Check'.
3. Complete all required information within the form then select the reCAPTCHA and click on 'I Agree with the Terms of Use, Continue with Personal Check'. 
4. A successful transaction has been processed message will then display.
